Thank you for visiting my website! I am Gladys and I live in  North Yorkshire, UK

I am a holistic practitioner based in York,  and I am trained in Sound Healing, Chakra Healing, Angel Therapy, Reflexology, Integral Yoga. From last year until now  I host  group sound session in local area (Clements Hall).

I have been practicing integral yoga for over 30 years and I want to open a study and practice group in York this year (2024), around October, because the benefits on health, psyche, mind, the whole being in general are immense, deeply harmonizing.

I have also attended intensive courses in sound healing in Leeds and CPD in music and colour therapy, with certificates and diplomas attesting to my qualifications.  In addition to the theoretical background I have a long and consistent practice working with various groups of people from children to seniors.  Specifically I have full DBS cheked, insurance and of course consent.  At the moment I host in  every month bath sound sessions in a very nice, welcoming location with a high level of hygiene near the city centre. 

In future I would like to offer  a wider variety of quality services at a high professional level according to my qualifications and my deep desire to contribute to the well-being of my clients.

If you book and pay for a space and later discover you cannot attend, I can add you to the waiting list for the next Sound bath and if there are any available places, you are welcome to attend. Payment can be made in cash or on bank  account. For details please contact me privately.  One hour sound bath: 14 pounds/12 pounds for students. One hour chakras harmonization:  13 pounds. One free place a month in each session!
