Recipe for lowering cholesterol levels!
Take 3 medium lemons, wash and dry them.
Put the lemons through a meat grinder or wash them in a blender.
Add 3 ripe, peeled and chopped heads of garlic and 1 cup of honey.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Spread the mixture into glass jars with lids of 100 ml each.
Store it in the refrigerator.
Take this mixture of lemon, garlic and honey 1 tsp. 2 hours after meals. Three times a day, for 2 months. In a year, repeat 1-2 courses of treatment.
