Even if you have already attended a session, each healing session has specific effects that are never the same. The sounds of these ancient instruments (Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, rain sticks, drums etc.) allow your brain waves to offer you a deep relaxation state, which helps reduce tension and stress in the body, relax the mind and help you feel a deep sense of calm and inner peace.
SOUND THERAPY CAN HELP TO: release toxins from body; improve general health and wellbeing; reduce pain, improve sleep, energy level and concentration, release negative emotion, stress, anxiety and low mood.
There are certain conditions when Sound bath and chakras harmonization are not suitable for: anyone who is less than three months pregnant, pacemaker, brain stimulation device (BSD), recent bone breakage, osteoporosis, tinnitus, recent joint or heart surgery, unmanaged mental health issues (like epilepsy, bi-polar symptoms, schizophrenia) or under the influence of alcohol, prescription or recreational drugs. If you book and pay for a space and later discover you cannot attend, I can add you to the waiting list for the next Sound bath and if there are any available places, you are welcome to attend. The donation is only cash. One hour sound bath:14 pounds /10 pounds for students. One hour chakras harmonization: 12 pounds (both).
